None of these is a claim about outcomes. They are commitments about process — the part we actually control.

    Current NABH or JCI accreditation, certificate number published, re-checked every year.

  • 02You meet the surgeon first

    A video consultation with the named consultant who would operate, before you commit to anything.

  • 03One itemised price

    Surgery, implant, stay, drugs and transfers on one document — with what is excluded beside it.

  • 04A UK point of contact

    One coordinator, in UK hours, from the first call to the twelve-month follow-up.

  • 05Aftercare arranged at home

    UK physiotherapy and GP correspondence organised before you fly out.

  • 06Plainly stated limits

    The CQC does not regulate care in India and the GMC has no jurisdiction there. We put that in writing.

Orthopaedics — hips, knees, shoulders and ligaments

Where UK waiting lists bite hardest. Consultant orthopaedic surgeons at accredited hospitals, with daily inpatient physiotherapy before you are cleared to fly.

    Total hip arthroplasty, cemented or uncemented, as the surgeon judges appropriate from your imaging.

Cosmetic surgery — with a cooling-off period built in

A two-week reflection period between the surgeon consultation and any booking. No promotions, no time-limited offers, no price before a surgeon has reviewed your case.

    Functional or aesthetic, assessed together by the surgeon before anything is booked.

Dental — implants, veneers and full-mouth work

Usually two visits — preparation and fitting — with a healing interval at home. Both trips are planned at the outset, never booked under pressure.

    Dental implants

    Per implant, including abutment and crown. Bone grafting, if required, is quoted separately and named.

Fertility and IVF

Planned backwards from the transfer date, with UK-side monitoring arranged before you travel wherever your own clinic or GP will support it.

The four above are set out in full because they are what we are set up for first — not a fence around who we can help. Anything below is arranged under the same six checks, the same UK coordinator and the same fixed fee.

  • Wellness and preventive health

    Structured health programmes and preventive check-ups at accredited hospitals, with the same UK-side coordination.

  • General surgery and other specialties

    Day-case and inpatient general surgery, and other specialties a hospital’s consultants can show us they do routinely.

  • Diagnostics and second opinions

    Imaging, investigations and a consultant review of a diagnosis you already have — sometimes the reason to travel, sometimes proof you need not.

  • Something that is not on this page

    Ask. We will either arrange it under the same checks and fee, or tell you plainly that we are not the right people for it.

The shape of the comparison, with the figures still to come. A price without a second column for what it does not cover is how people discover abroad that the quote never included the implant — so the second column is here from the start.

  • Flights, visa fees and travel insurance, which you arrange yourself
  • Accommodation before admission and after discharge
  • Treatment for complications outside the hospital’s own package terms
  • Medication taken home, and UK aftercare beyond the arranged plan

Every figure here reads TBU because none has a source behind it yet, and we would rather show you that than a number we invented. When they are published: the UK column will cite named private-provider self-pay list prices, and the Sevanta column the partner hospital’s own written quotation. Both will be indicative and neither will be a quotation — your own price depends on the treatment plan the surgeon sets after reviewing your records.
