There are no patient stories on this site yet. We would rather you saw that than a page of first names.

Sevanta is a new company and has not yet coordinated a patient’s treatment. Every company in this category could show you testimonials tomorrow. Here is the standard ours will be held to, and an empty page until one meets it.

The standard, in full

  • Written consent, dated

    The patient’s signed permission to publish their full name and their story, with the date it was given printed on the card. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the story comes down the same day.

  • Treatment, hospital and month, named

    Not “a knee patient from the north”. The procedure, the hospital on our register, and the month — so the story can be checked against the record and against the register.

  • A review you can read somewhere we do not control

    Every story links to the review the patient left on an independent platform. We cannot edit it, we cannot remove it, and you can read it without trusting us.

  • No sentiment test

    A story that meets the three conditions above is published whether it is glowing or not, and we reply to criticism in public, beneath it.

Published stories

None yet. When the first patient consents and leaves an independent review, their story appears here with their full name, their treatment, their hospital, the month, and a link to that review. Until then the space is deliberately empty.

Talk to a coordinator

Would you rather talk to a person than read a review?

Then talk to one of us. We will tell you plainly that there is no previous patient to speak to yet, and then answer every other question you have.
