Patient Portal
Every conversation, date, scan and report in one place — and all of it yours
Arranging treatment overseas usually leaves you holding the file: a quotation in one inbox, scans on a message thread, dates on a scrap of paper. The Patient Portal puts it in one secure record — first call to twelve-month review — that you can read, download and take to any clinician.
By invitation
Sign in to the Patient Portal
Your treatment, your records and your appointments — in one place.
Sign in to the Patient PortalYou sign in on the portal itself, at its own secure address — never on this website.
Registration is by invitation
No public sign-up. For onboarding, your coordinator will send you a username and a one-time registration code, and you set your own password.
Sevanta will never ask you for your password, by email, message or phone.
Sign-in opens the secure Patient Portal. Accounts exist by invitation only.
What it holds
Six things the Patient Portal keeps track of for you
Everything your treatment generates, in one place instead of four inboxes — and all of it exportable, because a record you cannot take with you is not really your record.
Every interaction
Each call, email and message logged with a date and a name against it.
Every appointment
Consultation, admission, flights, physiotherapy and reviews — in UK time.
Records and scans
Held encrypted, with a log of which hospital was sent what, and when.
Every report
Quotation, operation note, implant card, discharge summary — yours to download.
Milestones
The eight stages and the year after: what is done, and who you are waiting on.
Recovery, measured
Pain, movement and physiotherapy plotted against the surgeon’s own protocol.
Getting in
How you get an account — and why you cannot simply sign up
There is no public registration. An account holds your medical records, so it is created only for a named person whose treatment we are already arranging.
- 01
Your coordinator creates the account
Only once you have decided to proceed and there is something to put in it. Nobody can register themselves, so nobody can register as you.
- 02
A username, and a code sent separately
The username comes one way and a single-use registration code comes another — different routes, never the same message. Either one on its own opens nothing.
- 03
You set your own password
The code is spent the moment you use it. We never see the password you choose, and we will never ask you for it — by email, by message or on the phone.

Yours, not ours
Yours to take with you, not ours to keep
A record you cannot take with you is not really your record. Everything in the Portal can be exported in full, in formats a UK GP and the NHS actually use — your right of access is a button, not a written request.
- Export everything — documents, imaging and the full interaction log — at any time
- Give a partner, an adult child or your GP their own view, with consent you can withdraw
- A visible log of which hospital received which record, on what date, under which consent
Talk to a coordinator
Talk to a coordinator in the meantime
Twenty to thirty minutes with a UK coordinator, no obligation and no medical details needed. If you would like to be told when the Patient Portal opens, say so on the call and we will note it against your enquiry.
- 1A coordinator reads it the same dayA named person, in the UK, not a ticket queue.
- 2We call you within one working dayAt a time you choose — evenings and Saturday mornings included.
- 3Nothing is booked, nothing is soldA first conversation ends with an honest answer, including "not for you".
Rather talk than type? Our number is published at launch — Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday mornings.
