Accessibility statement

Sevanta Health Ltd is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, and we test it against WCAG 2.2 AA on every change. Here is what we do, what we know is not yet right, and how to tell us about a problem.

01What we do

Body text is never smaller than seventeen pixels and scales with your browser settings. Every colour combination has been measured against WCAG 2.2 AA, and most body text exceeds the stricter AAA ratio. Every interactive element is reachable and operable from the keyboard, shows a visible focus ring, and is at least forty-four pixels tall. Headings are in order, landmarks are labelled, and there is a skip link to the main content. Nothing moves without a pause control, and nothing moves at all if your device asks for reduced motion. An automated accessibility test runs on every page whenever the site is changed, and a single failure stops the change being published.

02What is not yet right

Some decorative images from a generated source contain illegible signage; they are hidden from screen readers and used only behind a dark overlay, but we are replacing them over time. The enquiry form and booking calendar are not yet connected. Automated testing does not catch everything, and we have not yet commissioned a manual audit by disabled users; we will, and we will publish the findings here.

03Tell us

If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, or you need information in a different format — large print, plain text by email, or a conversation by telephone instead of a form — contact us by any of the methods on the contact page. We reply within one working day and we fix what we can.
