Our own figures are still being verified, so this page shows TBU rather than a number we invented. What it does show is the shape of the bill — every component, who is paid, and the lines a quotation deliberately leaves out.

Every figure on this site has to carry a source and stand up to being checked. Ours are still being verified with the hospitals, so this page reads TBU rather than showing you a number we made up. It is the slower answer and it is the only one worth trusting.
What the published estimate will do
Every line, itemised
The hospital package, our fee, flights, visas, accommodation and UK aftercare — each as its own line, never rolled into one number.
The exclusions printed beside the price
What the figure does not cover sits next to what it does, in the same size type. That second column is the whole point.
Our fee shown separately
A fixed coordination fee that does not change with which hospital you choose, and no commission from any of them.
A source behind every figure
Named private-provider list prices on the UK side, the hospital’s own written quotation on the other. Until both exist, this page says TBU.
You can still get a real number today. A coordinator will build an itemised estimate for your case on a first call — free, with no obligation, and with no medical records needed to start.
How it is built
Where every pound in that number comes from
Four components, quoted separately, so you can see which part changes if your treatment plan changes.
Hospital package
Surgeon, anaesthetist, theatre, implant, inpatient stay and drugs, quoted by the hospital in rupees.
Paid to the hospital
Coordination fee
Our own fee, fixed and quoted up front. It does not vary with which hospital you choose.
Paid to Sevanta
Travel and stay
Flights, visas, transfers and any hotel nights after discharge. Booked at cost, with the receipts.
Paid to airlines and hotels
UK aftercare
Physiotherapy and follow-up arranged in the UK, priced separately so you can decline it.

- Flights, visa fees and travel insurance, which you arrange yourself
- Accommodation before admission and after discharge
- Treatment for complications outside the hospital’s own package terms
- Medication taken home, and UK aftercare beyond the arranged plan
Every figure here reads TBU because none has a source behind it yet, and we would rather show you that than a number we invented. When they are published: the UK column will cite named private-provider self-pay list prices, and the Sevanta column the partner hospital’s own written quotation. Both will be indicative and neither will be a quotation — your own price depends on the treatment plan the surgeon sets after reviewing your records.
Paying
When money changes hands, and what happens if you pull out
Four points in the process. The last one is the one worth reading twice.

Nothing to enquire
The consultation, the surgeon review and the written quotation cost you nothing and commit you to nothing.

Coordination fee on booking
Payable to Sevanta when you accept the quotation. Refundable in full if the hospital later declines your case.

Hospital paid on admission
Paid to the hospital directly, not through us. We never hold your treatment money.

Cancellation
Cancel more than 21 days out and the coordination fee is refunded less costs already incurred, itemised.

Turning it into a real quotation needs your imaging and history reviewed by the surgeon who would operate, which also costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
